We recognize that Our Store customers have been experiencing frustrations due to lengthy time delays on receiving orders. This is a very busy time of year with the Cookie Dough expiration date fast approaching. Several factors beyond our control are involved, including availability of items from suppliers. We are taking steps to improve the situation, both in terms of staff and processes.
