What is Jump-In? Jump-In is a week-long jump roping series for girls coached by trained teens and supervised by adult coordinators. Grab your sneakers and try seven different types of jumping!

  • Chinese Jump Rope

You’ll also have time to dance, play games, meet new friends, and have lots of fun!  Families are invited to a special show on the last day of each week.

Want to develop your leadership skills and teach jump rope skills and dance to younger girls? Join us and learn seven different jumping techniques; the power of mentoring, conflict resolution strategies, anti-bullying techniques, plus how to engage younger girls. Take the skills you learn and apply them at one of our weeklong jump-roping series this summer and even into other aspects of your life.
