Property & Facilities Team
The Property and Facilities team provides general maintenance and custodial services at the Council's 7 properties in accordance with Council policies and standards, ensuring that they are safe, functional and attractive.
Mike has worked for the Girl Scouts for over 18 years and been the Director of Facilities since 2006. Before becoming a staff member, Mike was a Girl Scouts volunteer, where he served as a Council Trainer, and is also a lifetime member of Girl Scouts. Prior to accepting his staff position with the Girl Scouts, Mike retired from the United States Navy Submarine Force. Mike enjoys the outdoors, and spending time with his family.

Assistant Director of Property and Outdoor Programming
Matt brings to GSGWM over 10 years of direct service and administrative experience with the YWCA of the North Shore in Massachusetts where he served in a variety of roles including local and regional Sports and Adventure Program Director, Director of School Age Programming, and Regional Youth Services Director. It is clear Matt has a passion for working with youth! With a MBA in Marketing and experience in staffing, training, managing people and budgets, we are excited to expand our ways to bring the outdoors and our excellent outdoor programming opportunities to every girls and volunteer!
Matt, his wife Emily, and their 5-year-old daughter Abigail live in Haverhill, MA.
Mike has served as Property Specialist as GSGWM since April 2012. Prior to joining the Girl Scouts, Mike had been the founder and longtime owner of New Hampshire Industrial Repair. In addition to his work, Mike owns income properties with his wife Pat. They have two grown sons and 4 grandchildren ages three thru eight. Mike holds an Associates Degree in Applied Science from NH Technical College and is a State of NH Certified Safety Instructor. He serves as president of a local investment club and enjoys kayaking, hiking and bike riding around the Newfound Lake area in his spare time.

As Ranger of Camp Farnsworth, Red said he couldn’t be happier about living and working on some of the most gorgeous acres Vermont has to offer. A longtime employee of the Boy Scouts, he became part of the GSGWM team in Spring of 2015. Red, a native of Powhatan, Virginia, is currently enrolled in online classes at Liberty University. A true outdoorsman, you can often find him hiking, fishing, or simply enjoying the Vermont woods on his days off.
Nathan has been involved with Girl Scouts since 2012. As a Property Specialist he enjoys being out at the camps, building new things, and making the camps look great! Prior to his employment with GSGWM, Nathan toured in various bands across the county and also worked in elderly housing. Nathan lives in Manchester with his wife Meghan, son Adrian, daughter Ivory, and dog Zero. He enjoys kickball, going to the beach, and playing with his kids.
