The Chief Executive Officer and her supporting staff.
The HR and Customer Experience Team is responsible for customer service, IT, the Council Enterprise System (CES), and Payroll.
Membership Growth and Community Development staff work as a unified team to develop, retain and sustain membership growth supporting the council's strategic plans.
The Girl Experience Team is responsible for all aspects of the Council’s program function to ensure the implementation, delivery and assessment of a nationally consistent leadership development experience for girls residing in NH and VT, including troops, series, events, travel, camp, and virtual programs.
Volunteer Management is responsible for implementation of all aspects of the Council’s volunteer engagement strategy, including screening, placement, development, retention and recognition of volunteers.
The Finance team includes Finance and Bookeeping.
The Property and Facilities team provides general maintenance and custodial services at the Council's 10 properties in accordance with Council policies and standards, ensuring that they are safe, functional and attractive.
The Sales and Marketing team includes product sales, retail, and marketing/communications. Our Retail Sales team handles merchandise and customer orders for the Council store and online shop. The Product Program department plans, organizes and implements the Council product program strategies and campaigns (including the Fall Product and Cookie sales). Finally, the Communications team works with public relations, event planning, and marketing.
The Fund Development team covers fundraising, advocacy, and alumnae relations.
